This is your “me” time.  One-on-one sessions with a qualified trainer who will motivate, encourage and INSPIRE you to live a healthier lifestyle.  Before you get started, we take you through a free health & fitness appraisal where your trainer tailors a fitness program to suit your individual needs and fitness goals. 

We understand that by choosing a personal trainer you have made the decision to make a change in your life and we are committed to helping you achieve that change. Healthy, happy and energetic staff are productive staff.  Our corporate sessions are designed to motivate employees to be active, get to know each other outside of work and build stronger relationships.  Not only is it an opportunity to workout but once a month your group can participate in a fun team building activity. 

We offer flexible corporate packages to suit every business need.  Programs can include group exercise workouts, team building sessions, nutrition guidance, 30 minute lunch time circuits, “pick me up” massage, and fitness appraisals to help the team stay on track.

Mums and Bubs

Mums & Bubs Fitness

As two mums ourselves and passionate professionals of the fitness industry, we understand the importance of staying in shape to keep up with the demands of motherhood.  Whether you would like to maintain fitness during pregnancy or get your body back after having bub, Ora Health & Fitness can help you achieve your health and fitness goals.  You probably don’t need a reason but here are a few to get you going!

1. Feel and look fabulous:  Pregnancy, birth and the pressures of motherhood can mean less time to take care of you.  Getting out to exercise will not only make you feel great but it will increase your energy levels and get you back into shape.

2. Train while bub is playing with friends:  Our nannies loves children and will entertain your bub so that you get the most out of your workout.  If extra attention is needed, feel free to attend to bub then rejoin the group when you can.

3. Meet your peers:  The rewards of being around other mums who have a positive outlook on their health and wellbeing will not only encourage you to stay in shape but also form great relationships for you and bub.

4. Results:  Commit to your goal and we’ll make sure you get the results.  Not only do we offer a fun filled workout, our trainers can help you make the changes you need to achieve your goals.

Ober 50's fitness

Classics 50 plus Program

Strength, mobility, endurance and balance are ever more important as we age.  Studies show that we lose 1-2 percent of muscle composition and 1-5 percent of bone density every year after the age of 50.  Staying active can delay this process and will provide many long term health benefits.

Our Classics program concentrates on promoting muscle and bone health through exercises that are practical, safe and enjoyable.  You will begin to feel stronger, have more energy and feel positive about life.

Children's fitness

kids Fitness

Ora delivers fitness for children through the Mini Moves and Kinder Moves programs.  Both programs focus on teaching children to be healthy through fun exercise based activities.  In doing so children learn a variety of skills such as physical health, imagination, teamwork and coordination.  Learn more here...
