Eighteen years after joining my first gym, I am still crazy about staying fit, strong and healthy. Since becoming a personal trainer in 2006 I have helped a variety of clients achieve their fitness goals and worked as a manager at the highly awarded Southern Cross Health Club in Canberra. Later I combined my two loves (fitness and motherhood) and embarked on a new journey of starting a business. I am passionate about fitness but more passionate about improving people’s lives. I cannot wait to help you achieve your goals!
My philosophy is…
I live by one rule…work hard, play hard. Like everything in life if you want something you must commit to getting it. We live in a very busy world and sometimes we forget the essentials of life – eating a healthy meal, looking after your body or just taking time out to relax and enjoy life's journey. Although a health nut, I enjoy everything life has to offer but the key is, in moderation. I have found that fitness is the best way to challenge yourself physically and mentally.
